Job Description
An 800+ acre hunting and recreational ranch located on the scenic Willow City Loop is seeking a reliable, hardworking Ranch Hand to help maintain and improve daily ranch operations and overall property appearance.
The ranch is home to white-tailed deer, exotics, horses, longhorns, and a ranch dog. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good judgment, and the ability to work independently. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys long, productive days outdoors.
Primary Responsibilities
Ranch Operations (including but not limited to):

Brush control
-
Predator control
-
Fence checking and repairs
-
Road maintenance
-
Equipment maintenance
-
General ranch infrastructure upkeep
-
Filling wildlife feeders
-
Light mowing & weed eating
-
Feeding horses, cattle, and ranch dog
Requirements
-
Prior ranching experience required
-
Valid driver’s license (trailer hauling experience is a plus)

Confident operating equipment such as:
-
Skid steer
-
Tractor
-
Backhoe
-
Zero-turn mower
-
-
Dependable and punctual
-
Physically fit (must be able to lift up to 70 lbs)

Organized and maintains clean work habits
-
Ability to check on ranch and feed animals every other weekend
