Looking to hire quickly.
Mid-size Diversified cow/calf and backgrounding operation is seeking someone to help with all aspects of the ranch. Everything from work on horseback, mixing feed in a TMR mixer to shoveling feed bunks. Ranch also runs poultry barns and row crops.
This position is approx 10% horseback. Some days more, some days none. We offer space for a couple of horses.
Ideal person would be someone that has a farm/ranch background. Basic knowledge of cattle, equipment and horses required but still has a willingness to grow and learn. We desire someone with a great attitude, reliability and willingness to try.
We offer:
- A very ugly small 2 bed house on site (sorry)
- Trash, Electric paid.
- Space for 2 horses
- Half a beef package (at 1 yr of employment)
- Flexibility and laid back working environment.
- This is a great opportunity for someone with the right attitude that is willing to grow off of a small set of skills.
