Privately owned and operated Organic Farm, Dressage training and events venue, Horse Camping and Boarding facility, Cow-Calf operation near Prescott Arizona seeking full time ranch hand. Suitable for couples.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with horses, cattle, and organic farming in a peaceful community.

Willing to take initiative, hardworking and has a can-do attitude to join our team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Equipment operations and general maintenance.
General organic farm activities such as seed starting, fertilizing, transplant, trimming, plowing, weeding, irrigation and harvesting.
Upkeep and clean stalls, barn, pasture, arenas, and obstacle course
Fence maintenance and expansion
Assist with Equine Camping events and activities
Assist with Dressage events
General property upkeep for 36 acres of pasture
Assist with the start up of the cow-calf operation.

Applicant must have a current driver's license, pass a background check, and submit to and pass a drug test. Place for RV available or housing available to right applicant.
