Seeking a single person or a couple to tend to the cattle on the ranch as well as maintain fencing, maintenance of the property (which has 3 homes) and 200 acres. We are seeking someone with carpentry skills, experience with cattle, maintenance skills to keep the ranch and properties irrigated as well as other landscaping, haying, plowing of the fields, general clean up and upkeep. You must speak English.
It is not intensive work however we are seeking a person (or couple) who are self motivated and have a kind spirit. If you are hateful – no need not apply! There is additional cleaning work in the homes that could be available for a couple (this work would be paid on an hourly basis). There is a RV trailer on the ranch that will be available for housing if desired. If you want to be part of a legacy – then this is the place to work. This Ranch has been in the family since 1911.
Salary: $40,000 a year (which includes housing). This position includes a salary and working a minimum of 25-30 hours a week around the ranch to care for the cattle, maintain the property.
