Ranch hand opportunity at small family mountain ranch. Experience with cattle and horses a must. Snow removal, fence repair, building maintenance, equipment knowledge and experience (backhoe, tractors, atv, plowing, chainsaws), record keeping, immunizations, waterers, trail maintenance, etc.

Must be self-motivated, organized, detailed orientated and excellent communicator.

Year round, full time position.

No living quarters, no pets.

Salary: $40,000 and willing to scale with experience and performance
