Looking for an Experienced, self-motivated, dependable individual wanting a long-term career. Ideal Candidate needs to be comfortable with technology as well as MUST HAVE HAY BALING EXPERIENCE, round or square. We are a Hay, Cattle, and Dirt Operation, looking for driven, task focused, independent, self starter, wanting a career not just a job. We focus on producing premium quality hay, superior genetic cattle, and innovative data driven methods. Although multi generations old, we are focused on future growth.
Hay Operation
- Latest Square Bale Technology
- – – Inline Heston Balers, Bale Baron, Swingmax
- Round Bale Operation
- – – Rake and Baler Combos
Registered and commercial Brangus Cattle
- Embryo Program
- Tagging, vaccinations, etc.
- Calving heifers
- A/I experience a plus
- All aspects of cattle operation
Increasing Number of pivots in operation
- Seasonal Dirt work for Ranch expansion
- – – Excavator
- – – Dozers
- – – Tractor/Scraper combo
Must be available to work M-S with Sundays always off. Generous above average salary depending on experience.
Must be able to pass physical exam, background check and drug test as well as have a valid driver’s license. CDL is a plus.
Must be able to manage tasks, time and others with no issues
