Paid live-in position open for a skilled Handyman / Ranch Hand now until the Winter months – possible long term for the right person. Additional internship and or mentorship opportunities offered in the Fall and throughout the Spring which we are interviewing for now as well. Women and Men are welcome to apply. Horses, Dogs and other small animals are considered.
Beneficial for those interested in healthy forest management – running equipment, building, detailed woodworking, creative design and overall mindful country living. Maintaining and clearing trails – feeding burn piles will be a main focus during the cooler rainy months. Shorter light days will allow much personal down time for one's hobbies or online schooling, etc.
Our spacious Homestead is surrounded by mountainside views- wildlife and nestled within a private and beautiful forested setting in Southern Oregon. Housing, including utilities and Internet are provided in exchange for human kindness, compassionate care with our animals and a helping hand with house and land projects. Salary to be determined.
