TP Bar Ranch
Southern Oregon ranch is looking for an honest, self-motivated, reliable ranch hand. The ranch-hand will be working alone most days.
Most ranch work will involve keeping an extensive irrigation system (pivot, wheel-line, and flood) up and running. Knowledge of running a backhoe is a plus.
Other ranch duties include but not limited to, general upkeep, fencing, and some mechanic work. This is not a “cowboy” position, however riding and roping skills and the ability to identify and treat sick cattle is a plus.
We do all cow work on horseback, and there will be some opportunity for riding, however, most work will be centered around the irrigation to keep the cows fed.
Housing, utilities and other benefits are provided on site. Salary will depend on experience.
