Rancho Las Estrellas
Looking for a responsible person to work/live on a small privately owned family ranch. Duties include mucking out stalls, feeding horses in the AM/PM, turning horses out daily in the AM, blanketing, light grooming including cleaning out hooves, keeping hay room organized and supplements, ordering hay and shavings, etc. . There are presently 3 horses on the property and never more than 5.
We provide a beautiful place to live (a nice RV with a porch and awning – pics available on request) in exchange for taking care of the horses 6 days a week AM and PM only. Tues-Sun (Mondays are off). This leaves the day open for other employment off the property. RV includes small washer and dryer, King size bed, TV, DISH network, WIFI, electricity, water, trash in exchange for maintaining horses.
You must be happy, dependable, and relatively quiet, as we will be neighbors (the living quarters are on the same property as the owners) in a secluded area up a private driveway. Please only inquire if you are responsible and if your lifestyle is quiet, low-impact and easy going, and if you treasure beautiful vista views and a peaceful home environment. There is also room for one more horse should the person inquiring have their own horse. No other pets are allowed.
