West Texas Ranch is looking to hire a couple or individual to become part of our family. The mans’ duties include, but are not limited to, improving water infrastructure on the ranch, pivot farming, occasional cattle work, fixing fence, vehicle maintenance, helping during hunting season, and general ranch labor. The womans’ duties include preparing meals for hunting groups, caring for and cleaning the lodge, along with entertaining guests during hunting season.
Job offers modern 3 bedroom/2 bath house, full insurance, benefits and two weeks paid vacation after one year. Must pass a back-ground check. Must have current drivers license. Must be able to communicate through written English and email. Being able to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
No indoor pets and only two dogs or cats. Two broke geldings are allowed per employee and are maintained at ranches expense.
We work long hours 6 days a week. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and doesn’t cut corners. We have full and part-time work for spouse.
