Structured Chaos Farm
We have built 4 hobby farms in the past from scratch ranging from 2 acres to 26 acres. We just bought our final and last forever farm of 132 acres and need help building it.
We sold all of our livestock at the last farm so will be rebuilding several herds/flocks from scratch. We will raise cattle, sheep, hogs, goats, alpacas and chickens. There will be plenty of tree clearing and fencing to do, along with trenching water throughout the farm from the several springs we have.
You will operate our many attachments to our Bobcat T770 skid steer, use the E60 Bobcat Mini-Ex, our John Deere 5105 for cutting and bailing hay on our pastures and our JD 4066 for various chores.
We have a 2 bedroom 2016 37′ 5th wheel for living quarters and a full bathroom with walk in shower in the shop that can be used.
Once all of the pastures are in and barn is built we will grow our herds up to about 8-10 cows, 8-10 hogs, 40-60 goats/sheep, 20-30 alpacas, 20 laying hens and raising over 100+ meat chickens every 8-12 weeks. We will have a mini fiber mill on site with 6-8 employees processing fiber from our alpacas, sheep and goats, and customers all over the USA.
We have plenty of deer and turkey to hunt during hunting season on the farm and will have a gun range for friends and family. We also purchased a large sawmill and plan to harvest the excellent hardwoods that we have on the farm. You will be employee number 1 and over time as duties expand we will hire more employees to help in specific areas that will generate income.
This could be a job for just a year to get experience or a forever job where you can be apart of our farm.
