Ranch Hands wanted at VIP horse boarding ranch.
Duties include:
- Feed horses 6am-7am and 5pm-6pm
- Drag indoor arena and out door arena
- Turn out horses and Turn in horses
- Clean manure from stalls in 3 barns daily
- Clean manure from paddocks twice weekly
- Mow lawns
- Weed eat
- Unload hay and grain and shavings
- Help with Ranch errands
- Must know how to operate a drag tractor, fork lift, brush hog, lawn mower, weedeaters
- Must keep up maintenance on equipment
- Build and fix fences, clear away brush
- trim trees and bushes
- use blower to blow isles
- assist owners with ranch errands and ranch duties
- fix troughs, do repairs
- keep ranch clean
- Empty trash cans every other day
- Must be reliable, hard worker, self starter, good with people, respectful to owners
- Must be strong, Must have truck or transportation
- Living quarters on ranch available
- Must speak English
- Long hours 40-60 hours per week
- No experience do not contact us
- Experience with horses, must know how to ride a horse
- handle horses and know if a horse is cut, colicking, or sick
- must be friendly and optimistic
- NO smokers or drinking on ranch
- must have references
- looking for self starters and responsible strong men to work on our ranch.
- must be willing to work sundays.
- looking for individuals who want to work on this ranch and stay 5-15 years
Years of Experience preferred: 2-10 years experience needed
