Seeking a hardworking, dependable Ranch Hand to join our growing operation on over 350 acres in beautiful Southern Oregon.

This is not just a job – we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys ranch life, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of building something special for the long term. We value initiative, integrity, a strong work ethic, and someone who understands that ranch work often requires flexibility and a willingness to tackle whatever needs to be done that day.

Responsibilities may include:

Animal feeding and care
Irrigation maintenance and repairs
Mowing, landscaping, and groundskeeping
Fence building and repair
Equipment operation and basic equipment maintenance
Property upkeep and improvement projects
Event setup and support
General ranch and resort maintenance

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys working outdoors, can work independently, and has a heart for rural living and stewardship of the land.

For the right person, this position offers room to grow as the ranch continues to expand. We are looking for someone who wants to establish roots and become a valued part of the property for years to come.

A full-hookup RV site is available at no cost for the selected candidate. Families are welcome, and we understand the importance of creating a living situation that supports both work and family life. Long-term housing opportunities may also become available for the right individual who demonstrates commitment, reliability, and a strong contribution to the ranch. Housing is considered a privilege earned through dedication and performance, and any future housing arrangement would be offered as a rental or negotiated work-trade agreement.
