We are seeking a versatile, experienced, and self-starting individual for ranch handyman and property maintenance work at our ranch in Evergreen, CO from July 2025 to November 2025 with future employment possibilities.
Ranch Handyman & Property Maintenance Duties
- Maintain and repair roads, fencing, buildings, and irrigation.
- Oversee tools and machinery to ensure proper working order.
- Improve and maintain forested property. Clear and shred deadfall, minimize wildfire risk.
- Weed mitigation and spraying.
- Manage and supervise related contractors working on the property.
- Complete small construction projects.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in property operations and maintenance.
- Ability to complete light construction projects.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining ranch equipment and tools including tractor and attachments, ATV, chainsaws, and other misc. tools and equipment.
- Self-motivated, physically capable, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
Compensation
- $30/Hour
- Gas and Mileage Reimbursement
