Private
We are working with a multigenerational private family ranch nestled on 1,000 acres of scenic land in East Texas, designed as both a working ranch and a cherished retreat. The property features a 10,000 sq ft main residence, three guest homes, stocked lakes, high-fence exotic wildlife, hay meadows, and a small orchard and garden. It is a place where luxury hospitality meets hands-on stewardship, blending outdoor recreation with thoughtful land and animal management. The household values privacy, professionalism, and a deep respect for nature, with seasonal family visits and guest weekends that require seamless coordination and elevated service. The environment is dynamic and physically demanding, yet rewarding for those who thrive in a setting that calls for both strategic oversight and boots-on-the-ground labor.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned ranch professional who brings a strong work ethic, natural leadership, and a proactive mindset. They will be comfortable managing a small team, overseeing infrastructure and animal care, and ensuring the property remains guest-ready year-round. A successful Foreman will be equally at ease briefing the Principal as they are operating machinery, guiding fishing outings, or troubleshooting irrigation systems. This role calls for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and committed to excellence in every facet of ranch life—from wildlife health and landscape aesthetics to guest hospitality and safety. A collaborative spirit, clear communication, and a “tell me once” execution style are essential to thriving in this unique and fulfilling position.
