10,000 acre private guest ranch in the most beautiful part of the Texas Hill country is looking for new management couple.
The couple will oversee a very capable staff of 10 to 12 including maintenance staff, wrangler, housekeeping and kitchen staff/chef. Will manage a significant budget including payroll. Owners and their guests use the ranch most weekends during the year, enjoying a regular hunting season program and other recreational activities.
Current compensation is $40,000/year each, plus health insurance and three weeks vacation. A nice 3 bed/2bath home and all utilities are provided.
Applicants must be able to identify and complete projects with minimal supervision. General computer skills and ability to communicate with owners is required. Pleasant interpersonal skills are required to interact with multiple owners and guests.
Will manage hunting season preparations and activities, including taking hunters to and from blinds and processing TP&W Managed Lands Deer Program tags and records. Some construction skills are helpful as well as ability to operate a variety of equipment. Must have a valid Texas driver's license.
This is not a not a livestock or breeding operation. Couples with working experience are preferred.
