Seeking a couple to professionally manage a high-fence exotic game ranch in Central Texas.

Primary responsibilities include: maintenance of property, animals, lodge, and equipment; hosting of guests and hunters; sales; and firearm instruction and safety.

Specific duties will include: maintaining feeders/blinds (timers, motors, relocating), fence maintenance (monitor, repair, weed control), mowing, road maintenance, pool oversight, basic maintenance of farm and heavy equipment, scheduling/overseeing any contract repairs, brush removal; firewood cutting, tree trimming along trails, outdoor patio maintenance/cleaning, animal management (counts, health, game cameras, game release), lodge maintenance and cleaning, lodge stocking/visitor ready, water well monitoring, picking up packages/mail, purchasing/arranging for feed, supplies and maintaining harvest fees based on current market conditions.

Successful candidates should have impeccable focus on customer service and hunters including the following responsibilities: guiding/cleaning animals, quoting appropriate harvest fees for hunters prior to shooting, hosting activities and enforcing house rules and safety, calendar management, website/social media oversight with Marketing company support, cleaning lodge, arranging taxidermy/processing, and selling hunts and merchandise.

Applicants should possess prior experience with ranch and animal management as well as guiding and taxidermy and processing preparation.  Non-smokers only, and background check required.
