Ranch Manager/Couple Position
Seeking a qualified and motivated Ranch Manager/Couple for a 2500 acre, high fenced, trophy white-tail operation including strong focus on the management of 150 acres of specialty agriculture. The ability to live on site is a plus.
Our preference is to find a working couple without children.
Ranch Manger Skills:
The individual must be a skilled mechanic able to work with small and large machinery. Welding and electrical skills are a must. Knowledge of or the willingness to learn irrigation processes is key. In addition to managing the property, supervision of 2 additional staff members, the ability to assign tasks, and the ability to prioritize duties is vital.
Spouse Responsibilities:
Duties would include cooking lunches for the staff daily and housekeeping of the two small ranch homes including laundry.
Housing/Pay:
Housing is available, and it is preferred the employees live on site. Pay dependent upon experience.
