Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Property Management, including but not limited to, maintenance and care for all buildings and grounds (arranging Housekeeping and trash removal), landscaping, irrigation, fences, roads, painting, and light construction.
- Wildlife Management, including but not limited to, maintaining plant and wildlife habitat, planting & maintain Spring/Fall food-plots, predator management, maintaining game cameras and melting equipment.
- Repair and maintain all property management equipment, hunting equipment, vehicles and associated small tools/equipment.
- Assist owners and their guests while on-site.
- Available to work weekends as necessary, particularly during hunting season. Assist with tagging birds and bird cleaning,
- Work with and supervise any sub-contractors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with neighbors, vendors and wildlife department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Management or Biology related degree or minimum five years of experience working in a similar field.
- Eligible to work in the US and possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- Able to pass a rigorous background check
- Excellent references required.
