4,600+ acre Black Angus Ranch in southwest Harding county, SD (near Camp Crook/Buffalo/Belle Fourche SD) seeks full-time/onsite hands-on Ranch Manager/Foreman. Currently we have ~120 cow/calf pairs and 50 heifers and we are planning to move towards producing a quality grass-fed product. New owners are progressive in nature and will provide continuing education via the SD Grazing School or similar programs.

Duties to include: all aspects of livestock care/maintenance, hay production, some building care/maintenance, equipment operation/maintenance, and some fencing duties. Continuing education, housing and updated equipment provided.

Successful candidate needs to be a hard working, self starter with good communication skills. Must be able to work well with innovative owners to develop short and long term plans for ranch duties and maintenance. Ability to use computer for email, and basic herd records necessary. No drugs. References will be required.
