The Channels Ranch is an 1,800 acre recreational ranch property located along the Madison River outside of Ennis MT. The Channels is owned by a group of shareholders who visit the ranch throughout the spring, summer and fall to enjoy abundant fishing and recreational opportunities, as well as 6 first-class lodging options. The ranch hosts abundant wildlife including white-tailed deer, moose, elk, pheasant and waterfowl. Portions of the ranch also support significant agricultural operations including irrigated hay production and cattle grazing. The Channels Ranch is looking for a couple to fill two full-time management positions. Housing is provided on the ranch.

The Ranch Manager will be responsible for ensuring ranch facilities are maintained to the highest standards, agricultural and natural resources are protected and utilized carefully, and day-to-day ranch operations are carried out in accordance with the policies, procedures and objectives of the Channels Ranch. The Manager will supervise seasonal maintenance staff and work closely with the Hospitality Manager on many aspects of ranch operations and administration. Experience with landscape, building and equipment maintenance is required. Experience with natural resource management is preferred. The Ranch Manager will work for the shareholders of the Channels Ranch, with direct supervision by the Board of Directors.

The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for all aspects of guest services on the ranch, including serving as the primary point of contact for guests, overseeing housekeeping operations, purchasing supplies and stocking the ranch flyshop. The Hospitality Manager will supervise a large seasonal housekeeping staff and work closely with the Ranch Manager on all aspects of ranch operations. Supervisory experience is preferred.
