Job Summary
We are looking for a Ranch Manager to own the daily management of our cattle ranch in Shelbyville, TN. You will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of livestock, managing farm equipment, and supporting daily ranch operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for livestock, including feeding, watering, grooming, and health monitoring to promote animal well-being.
- Operate heavy machinery such as tractors, trucks, and other farm equipment safely and efficiently to support field management and maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm machinery and equipment using hand tools and power tools
- Assist with fencing, corrals, and shelter repair to ensure secure enclosures for animals.
- Handle animal husbandry tasks including breeding assistance, health checks, and general animal handling with care and expertise.
