We operate a working ranch running a cow-calf operation and raising high-quality American and Full-Blood Wagyu. We’ve recently launched a new Quarter Horse program and are building something truly special here.
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with grit, drive, and no ego about getting their hands dirty. You’ll need to:
• Run the day-to-day with confidence and clarity—no babysitting required.
• Lead a crew of ranch hands with strong communication and a solid work ethic.
• Be all-in for ranch life: this is a long-term position for someone who wants to grow with the ranch. Have a passive and understanding mindset.
• Be well-rounded with cattle and horses—if you can’t ride, rope, or make a hand, this isn’t the spot for you. Farming and knowing how to operate heavy machinery is a must.
