700 Springs Ranch
Historic 700 Springs Ranch (600 acres) located on Highway 377 between Rocksprings & Junction, TX (5 miles South of Telegraph) is seeking a couple team to fill a Ranch Manager / Maintenance position.
The primary duties include Guest Service for the arrival/departure of lodge guests and facilities maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Able to provide excellent Customer Service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Equipment operating experience
- Minor Maintenance Skills
TASKS:
Property:
- Assist with the arrival/departure of lodge guests
- Lodge Lawn/garden maintenance
- Maintenance of ranch structures, roads, and fences
- Schedule and monitor work performed by outside vendors
- Collect all ranch-related invoices and mail them to the headquarters office
- Maintain a current inventory of supplies and parts needed for maintenance duties
