I need a Ranch Manager for a 2,300 acre recreational property in northern New Mexico.

Property is very remote. 2 hours from pavement through the Carson National Forest. Property is at 10,000’ elevation.

Manager can only stay on the property from late April through October.

I need someone with knowledge and experience maintaining a log home. Must be willing to do some projects on their own. Willing to find the right people for larger projects.

Need help with elk hunts in the fall.

Fence work and other manual labor will be required.
