Rock Lake Ranch
A family farm located on the West Coast of Florida, near Tampa Bay, is looking for a motivated individual to join our team.
The farm is a beautiful 200 acre parcel, with two large ponds and a lake. We are located in Hudson, Florida, within in driving distance to local Florida attractions.
Our ideal candidates would be an individual experienced with farms – animals and gardens. Individuals who are self-motivated, confident, capable of multi-tasking and accustomed to client servicing will be the most successful. Only those with impeccable work ethic need apply.
Applicants should crave outdoor experiences and carry an adventurous spirit. More than mere employees, our staff is a family dedicated to exceeding expectations.
Applicants must have basic computer skills and duties may include:
- Fence repair
- Mowing
- Feeding family farm pets: chickens, rabbits and two horses
- Operating small tractor
- Knowledge of farming tools
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Well water
- Septic
- Basic construction
- Yard maintenance – mowing, weed whacking, etc.
- Greeting guests at the dock
- Carpentry skills are a great asset
