Looking for a person who has managed a ranch for absentee owners.
The person will be hands on, know cattle and how to manage them, maintain water, roads and fences, work well with others, is computer literate, manages it like a business and understands the primary focus is the owners’ enjoyment of the ranch when they visit.
The person must have years of experience managing a ranch under similar circumstances. We are not looking for cowboys or those wanting to run a really large cattle operation. Beautiful ranch located near the Guadalupe Mountains in West Texas. Nice housing, utilities, a ranch truck and salary are provided.
