4L Grazing is looking for a driven, experienced Production Foreman to join our progressive team in the heart of the Flint Hills of Kansas. We harness solar energy, people’s strengths, and livestock potential to produce high-quality cattle through sound animal husbandry and adaptive land stewardship.

What We Do

We add value to calves through sound management and animal husbandry practices that result in desirable cattle, fit to perform and meet the needs of our customers. We utilize a grass trap system to wean high-risk calves, and we practice adaptive multi-paddock grazing to enhance the health of our grasslands and improve our economic returns.

Experience in stockmanship and animal husbandry as it relates to backgrounding
Skilled in adaptive multi-paddock grazing management
A strong leader who is also self-driven and capable of working independently in the field
