True Ranch Services is looking for a Ranch Project Manager to oversee and manage major renovation at the historic Rancho de la Osa in Sasabe, Arizona. This position has the potential to be seasonal work or continue in the form of long-standing employment overseeing maintenance, construction and renovation projects at all of our dude ranch properties in Arizona and Montana.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supervising all construction and renovation projects to take place over the summer of 2022.
  • Schedule and oversee daily operations as part of ranch maintenance and renovation
  • Assist with hiring of labor/tradesmen for renovation projects
  • Acquire necessary materials when needed, labor and equipment for renovation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • General contractor skills required
  • Management/supervisory experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical codes
  • Personal transportation required. The ranch is 1.5 hours from Tucson.

Housing available. Compensation commensurate with skills and experience.
