– Proactively manage and maintain an 12-acre estate in Cherry Valley.
– Oversee and perform general repairs on machinery, tractors, and household items.
– Execute routine lawn and field care, landscaping, and gardening activities to enhance property aesthetics.
– Ensure the well-being of animals, including a goat and a pig, residing on the property.
2. **Initiative and Proactivity:**
– Demonstrate a self-starter mentality, taking initiative to address tasks promptly.
– Exhibit a proactive approach to identify and attend to issues without procrastination.
3. **Animal Care:**
– Responsible for the care and well-being of animals on the property.
4. **Communication:**
– Maintain open and clear communication with property owners and occasional users.
– Report regularly on property conditions, repairs, and any notable developments.
**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience in landscaping and farming practices.
2. Strong skills in machinery, tractor maintenance, and general handyman repairs.
3. Ability to maintain and enhance the aesthetics of the property.
4. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with property owners.
