About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Representative based in South Dakota to expand our presence and work side by side with distributors, agronomists, and growers — bringing innovation straight to the field.
If you’re passionate about agriculture, enjoy being on the road, and have a strong agronomic background, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and growers
- Identify growth opportunities and support customers with effective crop solutions
- Conduct field demos and technical presentations
- Collaborate with the technical team on trials and new product launches
- Stay on top of local market trends and crop needs
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field (Master’s a plus)
- 5+ years of agricultural sales experience
- Strong technical knowledge in crop nutrition and protection (corn, soybeans, wheat, sugar beets)
- Excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills
- Based in South Dakota, willing to travel up to 25%
