Auric Road is seeking a dedicated Summer Seasonal Grounds Keeper to support land care and property maintenance at a privately owned working ranch in Montana. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a property that blends sustainable land management, ranch operations, and intimate hospitality.
We are building a values‑driven team that cares deeply about craft, responsibility, and long‑term impact. The Grounds Keeper will play a vital role in maintaining the ranch’s outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and welcoming throughout the busy summer season.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily upkeep of ranch grounds, landscaped areas, and outdoor facilities
- Lawn care, irrigation, pruning, and general property maintenance
- Trail clearing and maintenance to ensure safe access for staff and guests
- Cleaning and maintaining pools to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest readiness
- Assisting with seasonal projects related to land stewardship and ranch operations
- Supporting guest‑facing experiences by maintaining a clean, well‑kept environment
- Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and environmental care
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
- Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor property maintenance
- Comfort with rural environments and hands‑on outdoor work
- A hospitality‑forward mindset, ensuring guest interactions are positive and respectful
