Auric Road is seeking a dedicated and capable Summer Seasonal Housekeeper to support the daily care, cleanliness, and presentation of guest facing and staff use spaces at a privately owned working ranch in Montana. This role is essential to delivering the warm, thoughtful, hospitality forward experience the property is known for, while supporting a team that values stewardship, responsibility, and long-term impact.
We are building a values driven team that cares deeply about craft, consistency, and service. The Housekeeper will play a central role in maintaining high standards across guest rooms, common areas, and operational facilities throughout the busy summer season.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
- Restocking supplies and maintaining inventory of cleaning materials
- Ensuring all guest facing spaces meet Auric Road’s standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation
- Supporting turn‑downs, arrivals, and departures in coordination with hospitality and operations teams
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in staff areas and back of house spaces
- Reporting maintenance needs, safety concerns, or inventory shortages promptly
- Providing warm, professional, hospitality forward interactions with guests when encountered
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, orderly spaces
- Comfort working in a rural environment and supporting a small, collaborative team
- A hospitality forward mindset with calm, professional guest interactions
- Respect for privacy, property, and team culture
- Commitment to consistency and reliability throughout the summer season
