As the reception you are the face of Parade Rest Ranch. Reception gives all information about the ranch to guests before their arrival, upon arrival and for inquiries.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Answering phones.
- Answering Emails
- Greeting and helping guests that come to the office.
- Filing and following procedures set by your managers.
- Assisting with check ins and check outs.
- Helping to dispatch housekeeping if any requests come in or a departure occurs.
- Keeping guest bathroom clean.
- Keeping desk and gift shop area tidy and neat.
- Restocking items in the gift shop.
