Academy Riding Stables
Academy Riding Stables, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is looking for experienced horse people to join our team as we look forward to the busy spring and summer season.
We offer one- and two-hour trail rides through the beautiful Garden of the Gods, ensuring that our guests enjoy an authentic riding experience they will never forget.
If you have horse experience (at least five years) and are comfortable performing a myriad of duties, from cleaning stalls to grooming and tacking up horses to offering exemplary guest experiences, then we’d like to hear from you!
Safety, courtesy, and positive attitudes are a must! You must be able to work on your feet all day, be well-groomed, and willing to wear western attire. All applicants must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
This job is fast-paced and requires the ability to problem solve, but most of all, we need people with can-do attitudes who have horse experience.
Must be able and willing to work in various weather conditions, as well as lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
We have seasonal full- and part-time openings available, offer a competitive hourly wage, and 401(k) match after one year. Hours are 8:00a to 4:00p in the winter, with extended spring and summer hours.
