Rawah Ranch is on the lookout for a versatile and spirited Server/Bartender to join our team, providing a taste of Western hospitality to our guests. If you’re ready to wear the hat of both server and mixologist in the heart of the Wild West, hitch your wagon and ride into an exciting role with us!
Pay: $14.42-$15.50/hour DOE (plus shared gratuities). This is a seasonal position, part-time to full-time hours. Must be available all days and all shifts between May 1st & Oct. 15th.
FLSA: This position is classified as non-exempt from overtime pay under the FLSA and Colorado Overtime & Minimum Pay Stands Order (COMPS) #38.

What You’ll Do:
- Effortless Table Service: Serve food and drink with a smile, ensuring prompt delivery, addressing guest needs, and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Mixology Marvel: Craft and serve a diverse range of beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative concoctions, delighting guests with your mixology expertise.
- Event Magic: Contribute to the success of ranch events by seamlessly navigating between serving and bartending duties, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Bar and Dining Area Maintenance: Keep the dining areas, main lodge bar, and saloon and dining well-stocked, organized, and inviting, ensuring a seamless flow of operations.
- Team Player: Collaborate with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and ranch hands to ensure the success of every dining experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dynamic Duo: 2+ years of proven experience as a server, including as an expeditor, as well as a bartender, showcasing versatility and adaptability in both roles.
- Engaging Personality: A friendly and outgoing demeanor, able to connect with guests and create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Service Excellence: A commitment to providing exceptional service, anticipating guest needs, and going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling the demands of both serving and bartending with ease.
- Responsible Service: Adherence to all responsible alcohol service guidelines, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests.
- Communication Skills: An excellent communicator, able to speak, write, and understand English fluently – additional languages a plus!
Physicality: Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, in rugged terrain and natural elements (rain, wind, humidity, snow, etc.). Also must be able to kneel, crawl, push, pull, and lift heavy objects & equipment up to 50 lbs.
