We are going to start running a spectacular 5 bedroom Lodge at Hesperus, CO.

Opening Spring 2026!!

We need a full-service management to start running the Lodge.

We need a single person or a couple to start the business with us.

Their duties will be:

• Manage the rental property
• Listing creation and optimization
• Guest communication
• Booking management
• Cleaning and maintenance coordination
• Host vacation guests and hunters

We want to offer a base salary, housing, and discussing sharing a percentage of the booking revenue.
