Farm Stewardship Opportunity (Housing + Land Access)

Private farm in Kentucky offering a living opportunity for a responsible individual or couple seeking a quiet rural lifestyle.

In exchange for housing, we are looking for someone to serve as a property steward, providing light oversight and basic upkeep of the land and residence.

Responsibilities are minimal and flexible, and may include periodic mowing, general property awareness, light cleaning, and helping maintain the overall condition of the farm.

This is not a traditional job and does not involve set hours. The ideal fit is someone independent, trustworthy, and comfortable living in a rural setting—such as an ag student, equestrian, aspiring farmer, homesteader, or individual/couple seeking an opportunity to live on land.

Horse-care or equestrian experience is welcomed but not required.
