Introduction: Red Horse Mountain Ranch Resort in Idaho is known for its all inclusive dude ranch vacations including an extensive list of guided adventures, well appointed accommodations, first rate western hospitality, and a famous Kids’ Program for ages 3 and up. Located on 590 deeded acres, and over 300,000 acres of outfitter area, the ranch is a 1.5 hour drive from the Spokane International Airport, near Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
We are looking for fun, enthusiastic, and energetic people to fill our housekeeping/serving positions. This position requires interacting with the guests a great deal of the day so good communication skills are a must. The tasks and duties of this position require a hard working individual willing to work long hours with flexibility, a team spirit, must be able to work without a great deal of supervision, and must be able to take and follow directions. Some of the tasks that are required of you on a daily basis may be cleaning guest cabins, cleaning the lodge and its common areas, serving 3 meals a day, helping in the kitchen/bar, tending to ranch and guest laundry, and light yard/landscape work. Housekeepers/servers provide a clean, warm, comfortable, home away from home environment for our guests. Requirements Include:
Complete service requests for an exceptional guest experience in cleaning, laundry, and serving.
Be able to demonstrate good communication skills and customer relations.
Be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Be able to demonstrate good, sound judgment.
Be able to lift 75 pounds and work long hours.
Must wear proper housekeeping uniforms.
Must be a US Citizen or possess a current and appropriate working visa.
Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a valid first aid and CPR card.

Compensation: Employees are compensated with their housing and meals, a monthly salary of $1450, and end of the season bonus of $2500. Internet access and long distance phone calls in the continental US are also provided. Employees will have a shared room with one other employee.

The ranch is a perfect location for a western family vacation. Full service, all-inclusive week long ranch vacations are available from June through October. Special weeks for solo travelers and old friends kick off our season with Single’s Week followed by our Early Summer Ranch Vacations for adults and families with teenagers. All Inclusive family dude ranch vacations are available from June through August for families with kids ages 3 and up. We conclude our season in the fall with adult oriented dude ranch vacations available in September and October. Special ranch weeks include Wine Tasting and our Girl’s Getaway weeks.
