Boots on the ground – you do it all – we may use day laborers from time to time.

Rotating pastures (sometimes daily), putting up temp electric fence, checking and doctoring cattle as needed.

This is a 1,000 acre cattle ranch doing regenerative ranching; must be mechanical minded with farm equipment.

Other responsibilities include: Feeding cattle, working cattle, grounds keeping. repairing fence. building fence. using no till drills, etc.
