About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our wildlife ranch management team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic outdoor environment, managing daily ranch operations and supporting the care of wildlife. Candidates must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ranch operations and wildlife management, including feed, water, and health needs.
• Care for and manage wildlife, including Axis Deer and Elk.
• Operate ranch vehicles, Polaris UTVs, skid steers, and other ranch equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs using basic tools and equipment.
• Monitor ranch facilities, fencing, feeders, and water systems.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in all ranch activities.
• Assist with additional ranch projects and property maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior ranch work experience required.
• Hands-on experience working with wildlife.
• Familiarity with Polaris vehicles, skid steers, and other ranch equipment.
• Skills in basic tools, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors year-round and in varying weather conditions, as safety permits.
