Summer Ranch Camp Counselor – Fishing, Western Horsemanship, or Lifeguarding
Location: Working ranch–based summer camp in Glennville, CA
Season: Summer: June 6- August 9, 2026
Looking to spend your summer outdoors, working with kids, animals, water, and wide-open spaces? Our ranch-based summer camp is hiring seasonal counselors with strong skills in fishing, western horseback riding, or lifeguarding to help lead programs grounded in ranch life, land stewardship, and outdoor education.
This is not a dude ranch and not farm labor—but it is a real working ranch setting where horses, water, trails, and the rhythms of rural life shape each day. Counselors live on site, work closely with campers, and help translate ranch skills into meaningful learning experiences.
