As a premier destination for authentic Western experiences, we invite enthusiastic and skilled horse riders to be a part of our dynamic and friendly team.

Position Overview:

As a Wrangler/Guide at Boundary Ranch, you will play a crucial role in providing our guests with unforgettable horseback riding adventures in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Your responsibilities will include leading trail rides, ensuring the safety of guests, and sharing your knowledge of horsemanship and the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead guided trail rides for guests of varying riding abilities.
– Provide basic riding instructions and ensure the safety of all participants.
– Care for and maintain the well-being of horses.
– Assist with general ranch operations as needed.

Qualifications:

– Mandatory horse riding experience.
– Strong horsemanship skills and a deep understanding of horse care.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
– Knowledge of the Kananaskis area is an asset.
