Circle Bar Guest Ranch (aka True Ranch Collection)
We’re looking for qualified individuals immediately available to work as Wranglers for the 2025 summer season Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Utica, Montana. Ideal candidates will be able to work year-round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona, Montana and Wyoming. The summer season is underway and concludes in October with the potential to continue onward to our Arizona ranches for the winter season.
Ample horse experience and riding skills are required. Applicants must be hard working with good people skills.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Leading or dragging ranch trail rides
- Ensuring safety of guests and livestock on guided trail rides
- Feeding, grooming and tacking horses
- Clean-up of corral area and stalls
- Leading other guest activities such as UTV Tours, Sport Shooting, Archery, Fishing, Guided Hikes
- Assistance with housekeeping and kitchen duties
- Ability to adjust to short-notice changes
- Horse hauling experience a plus
Each of our ranches has a small staff and we are looking for individuals who will be team players and able to step in where needed. Room and board are included in compensation package. Meals included. $15 per hour plus tips.
The historic ranches in the True Ranch Collection are unique and authentic guest ranches in some of the West’s best country. Circle Bar Ranch is in the heart of Charlie Russell country in Central Montana, about 1.5 hours from Great Falls. Come work in unique parts of the country with a change of scenery seasonally!
