Focus Ranch
Focus Ranch is located 50 miles west of Steamboat Springs, Colorado and 30 miles east of Baggs, Wyoming. Half the ranch is in Wyoming and the other half in Colorado.
We are a working cattle and guest ranch, taking a small number of guests from spring to fall (22 max.), who like to have an active vacation in a peaceful, semi-remote setting.
Wrangler: Must be an experienced rider and have worked with cattle; agricultural background and education a plus; responsible for saddling horses and taking guests out on rides to manage/move cattle; good communication skills, able to read a map and learn forest grazing pastures. We run about 1300 head of yearling cattle and a very small number of cows/calves.
