AZ DAPT
Provide assistance in the procurement of 4-6 trail riding horses
• Ordering and receiving of materials, supplies and etc
Daily management duties include but not limited to:
• Exercising/Training of horses for pleasure riding
• Overall care and well-being of horses
• Handling feeding, turnouts, stall cleaning, medications and blanketing
• Maintenance of barn and surrounding areas in an organized manner
• Daily operational management of barn facilities
• Budget Management
• Maintenance and repair such as minor carpentry/fencing, tree trimming
• Operation and management of barn equipment: truck, small horse trailer, tractor and mower
Experience Requirements:
• Self-motivated and high energy
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• 3-5 years horse handling
• 3 years barn management
• Experience driving horse trailers
• Light mechanical
• Some carpentry
Other requirements:
• Valid DL with clean driving record
• Provide recent and relevant job & character references
Salary: Starting at $20/hr
