Come live on the banks of the Colorado River and ride the Rockies!

Who wouldn’t LOVE to be paid to ride horses? Wranglers must demonstrate good horsemanship skills on and off horseback and possess excellent communication skills. Our guests LOVE the wranglers and love a great conversation on a long ride through the mountains. Wranglers are responsible for leading trail rides, feeding, grooming and tacking the horses, jingling the 100+ herd in the mornings and fence and trail maintenance.

We seek “horse-people” who are on time, motivated, safety-minded, enthusiastic and great in a team setting. Wranglers must be able to stay through the entire season and Children’s Wranglers must be available until late August. Lodging and guest-quality meals are included on top of hourly pay and end of season bonus!

Wranglers receive 2 days off each week so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors and adventures our area has to offer. Come join us for all the fun and bring your talents to continue making our horse program top notch!

Our Ranch Hand Position will split time working between helping the barn and assisting with maintenance. Other responsibilities may include assisting with trap shooting, zip-line and fishing. The ability to operate farm equipment is a must in order to help feed and with other small projects.

Salary: $13/hour plus overtime, some gratuities and additional end of season bonus. Room and board is also part of your employment package!
