Wranglers care for and maintain dude string of 50+ horses. Herd must be brought in, caught, fed and saddled six days a week. Must have horse experience, and an ability to work well with others. Strong work ethic and willingness to engage with guests and other staff members is critical. Wranglers are responsible for conducting trail rides for groups of all riding levels, give beginner instruction and make the rides enjoyable and safe as possible.

Other tasks include the maintaining and repair of tack, Cleaning workspace daily, trail maintenance, fencing, firewood, or any other Ranch chore that needs done.

Wranglers are required to have a neat and clean appearance, and dress in western style; Cowboy hat, boots, and collared shirts…
