Looking for reliable, honest and hard working individuals that enjoy people and the outdoors in Montana’s Spectacular West Yellowstone Country. Looking for team members to deliver the true old west hospitality on the ranch.
Wranglers: Hard working responsible experienced horsemen/women. Must be confident and comfortable while taking guests out on the trail rides in beautiful mountainous timbered areas. from 1-hr up to 4.5hr. Rides daily. Must have ability to focus on details to keep our guest safe all while having an outgoing personality to provide the ultimate Dude Ranch Experience. Other task include daily gathering of horses, proper saddling and taking care of feeding, watering and barn maintenance as well as repairing fences and mucking corrals and all other chores.
Journey Level Handy Man: This individual is responsible in maintaining Cabins and grounds. Experience in plumbing, electrical, & roofing.
All Team members must work well with others as we all live together.
Our season runs from May 1st through early October we operate 7 days a week every employee gets 1.5 days off per week. Monthly Salary + Room & Board paid by weekly with a split gratuity pool.
