Enjoy your Fall in the wilderness of Wyoming at Open Creek Outfitters, a traditional hunting camp that is highly successful. We have a wonderful Camp setting right on Open Creek a tributary of the Thorofare River. All access to and from camp is by horseback. You have no living expenses while working in camp. You not only get paid by the day but also get gratuity at the end of each hunt. I have been established for over 13 years in this business. My hunters that come to camp are not just clients, they are family with many of them returning year after year.

The main duties include wrangling the horses and mules each day to ensure proper care of the livestock. Wranglers are responsible for (independently) running trail during each hunt in order to get hunter kills and gear off the mountain and bring horse feed and supplies back into camp. Wranglers are responsible for packing and unpacking horses and mules as well as other camp duties. Camp duties include getting water for the cook and crew, cutting firewood, etc.

You will need to be in Cody, WY by September 1. We are looking for someone who is hardworking and dedicated to the job. You must be a self-starter.

We have multiple positions available during the Sept 1- Oct 23 timeframe.

Pay dependent on experience.

I would be happy to answer any questions that you may have about this job.
